Not much to say

Not much to report here at 10 dpo, other than we made it to 10 dpo! Megan's started progesterone now so her boobs are KILLING her and she's feeling really run down. Sadly, we can't claim those as pregnancy symptoms :( So sad.

So now I spend the day studying and taking care of the dog. She must have gotten sick from the raw chicken wings we gave her the other night (normal fare for a raw-fed dog, don't worry people!!). It had been a while and we think maybe the fat was too much for her. Anyway, she has explosive, bloody diarrhea and needs to be taken out every couple hours lest she make a huge mess. And she's in season too :( Sucks to be her, poor baby.

We have 3rd season LWord on all day today to keep us distracted, and Megan has an interview coming up! Wish her luck people :)

Fingers crossed for you two that this cycle works! I can't wait for you two to be moms. :) I know you'll make great parents.

Sorry about the dog feeling sick. It had been a while since she had the chicken wings? Is she always fed raw? I read about the BARF diet but I know our Golden couldn't stomach it. He did horribly on premium dog food like Eagle Pack. He's on middle-of-the-road dry food called Performatrim here in Canada. He does well on it. We feed our little dog canned food: Merrick. Love the looks of the food as you can actually see th meat, etc. in it so you know it's not just the crappy by-products.

Good luck with the studying!

Aw thanks Stacey :) She used to get a lot more raw, and was on a total BARF diet for a while (my mom did that for our Golden who is allergic to everything and she thrived, so she did it for all the others and Fudge/Bella too! We had doggie TV dinners she made for them to keep in the freezer). Anyway, if you initiate the diet right, most dogs do even better! I just wasn't thinking, I should have soaked them in water with grapefruit seed extract and removed some of the fat. Anyway, she's tons better today after a fast and a small meal of pureed pumpkin and chicken broth.

We can't wait to join you in mommyhood :)
